Chew Bubble Gum and Kick Ass...Ronda!

So...the Elimination Chamber is tonight and there are a couple things that I'm excited about...

1.) Hoping Elias plays his guitar until it's his time to enter the chamber.

2.) Taking a shot of tequila for every time Ronda Rousey points at the WrestleMania sign (YES, I said it).

All eyes will be on Rousey when she signs her WWE Raw contract tonight at the Elimination Chamber. Her impression at last month's Royal Rumble brought mixed reviews as some fans were excited to see the rumors finally come to rest, while others thought her interruption during one of the greatest nights in women's wrestling, just to point at a sign was poor taste.

Just my opinion, I was hoping for Rousey to get in the ring, grab the mic and cut an awesome promo. Instead, her light was distinguished when she extended her hand to Asuka (who won the rumble that night) who then smacked it away, leaving an awkward moment in the ring. It was one of the worst endings in sports entertainment history! It kind of reminded me of that moment when Kanye West interrupted Taylor Swift at the MTV Awards, to tell the world that Beyonce is the greatest artist of all time (no Beyonce is not...YES, I said it).

During Monday Night Raw, the fans got a sneak peak of Rousey and I can see why the WWE needs a dominant charismatic female like her. She oozes confidence and she's a total bad-ass with great accomplishments. I just hope the WWE packages her correctly and not make her a joke because...POINTING AT A DAMN SIGN, is clearly a bad impression!

Before the late great "Rowdy" Roddy Piper passed away, he gave his blessing for Ronda to use the name "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey. With that said...Ronda better be ready to chew bubblegum and kick ass...and already be out of bubblegum because she definitely has big shoes to fill.
